Returning anglers and new anglers:
This is the list of tasks to do each new season. Make sure your Bassmaster membership is up to date. Complete the forms. Pay the dues.

Boat Captains & Anglers!!!! Please complete the following forms.
First, open the PDF and then fill in the information. To fill in your information, see the image below. Click the button with the A inside the dotted box. That should allow you to put your info in.
Second, once you have filled everything in, download (save) your file. Please name it with your name and what the form is.
Finally, email Jared and Carla with your form/s. This will allow us to submit them electronically to the state! Thank you.
