The Frederick County BASS Team is committed to providing positive experiences for youth through the common bond of fishing.

We will encourage strong relationships through fellowship with family, friends, and community partners.

Fishing competitively will help to develop character, teamwork, and sportsmanship in our young anglers.

Lastly, we will practice good stewardship of our natural resources that have been entrusted to us.
