I have blocked off 22 rooms at the Holiday Inn Express Williamsburg North. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CALLING AND RESERVING YOUR INDIVIDUAL ROOM. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, APRIL 2ND. After that date, the rooms will no longer be available at the special group rate that I currently have locked in. The rooms will also be released to general inventory for re-sell after April 2nd. Please call at your first opportunity to reserve your room. You will be able to pay (or put your card on file) when you call to reserve your room. OUR GROUP CODE IS "FCB" FOR RESERVATIONS (gets you the locked in rate).

THERE ARE NOT BOAT HOOK UPS IN THE PARKING LOT AT THIS HOTEL. I called every hotel and campsite around the area and it seems impossible to find this accommodation (for a group as large as ours). However, we have worked out for a few folks to bring generators that the boats can hook up to. As always, just be sure to bring an extension cord. If you have a generator that you would like to provide, the more the merrier! We should have enough for everyone though. Don't fret :)

The group rate that is currently locked in is for $99/night. Room taxes are not included in that rate. Room taxes are 12% + $2.00 per night occupancy taxes.
